Message to St. Gabriel School Families

Dear Families

I hope this finds you well and healthy in the confines of your homes as we navigate these unchartered waters. Please know, you have been in our thoughts and prayers and please let your children know how much we miss them. In the coming weeks we will do our best to support you and your children in their learning and their well-being. In order to support students, the province has put out this resource:  Ontario.ca/learnathome  and as a local District we are looking at developing additional resources and e-learning platforms. More information will come. Additionally, classroom teachers will be in touch with all of you in the near future. In the meantime, there is no substitute for daily reading, writing, math fluency and exploration. If you have not yet done so I urge you to sign up for email subscription to our school website as that is how our District communicates. Our school website also enables you to see our twitter account if you do not follow us. 

If you know of any families who may not be able to access any technology I would ask that you advise us and additionally above all if you know any families who are in need of anything during these difficult times please let us know that as well.
